Shipping Coverage
Nationwide Delivery: We deliver aquarium products, equipment, and supplies across Pakistan.
Lahore-Only Delivery: Aquarium services, custom setups, and livestock (fish, plants, etc.) are exclusively delivered within Lahore to ensure the safe handling of sensitive items.
Processing Time
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom Orders: Processing times for custom aquariums or setups may vary based on the complexity of the request.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. These will be displayed at checkout.
Free or discounted shipping offers may apply to certain products or order values as part of promotions.
Delivery Timeline
Within Lahore: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after processing.
Nationwide Delivery: For products outside Lahore, delivery may take 3–7 business days, depending on the location.
Handling of Livestock and Sensitive Items
For the safety and health of live fish, plants, and other delicate items:
Lahore Only: Livestock and sensitive items are hand-delivered to ensure proper handling and care.
Customers are advised to have their aquariums set up and ready prior to delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time.
Damaged or Missing Items
Record Video While Unboxing: To ensure a smooth resolution for any issues, please record a video while unboxing your parcel. If any items are damaged or missing, share the video with us, and we will promptly address the issue.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and packaging.
Missing Items: For missing items, inform us immediately with evidence, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Return to Sender
If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, the shipping cost for re-delivery will be charged.
